Follow these steps to claim your NanoSTIX Device warranty :
We offer warranty claim on all NanoSTIX devices up to six (6) months from date of purchase with one to one replacements for faulty devices (Battery, Charging, Firing). Water damaged will not be accepted.

|2) We only accept warranty claim which are returned in Complete Set which include (Device, Warranty Card, Box, & Charger Cable).|
|3) Please leave a note of the warranty claim detail in the package if you are posting it back to us. Details should include (Invoice Number, Date of Purchase, Defect Reason).
Once we received the package on our side, we will conduct a quality check of the defect device and if found faulty we will do one to one Exchange and deliver back to you a new device on your next order delivery.

|5) All warranty claim are not entitled to any sort of cash refund.|
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All replacement/repaired products are shipped via Pos Laju/ J&T Express, DHL/ Ninja Van/ ABX Express/ CIty Link Express/ Pgeon.
