Frequent asked questions.
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Checkout” to proceed with the order.
- You’ll reach a checkout page. Enter your Shipping Details.
- You need to log in to your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- Choose your “Shipping Methods” and “Payment Methods”. Next click “Place Order”.
- Complete your payment.
- Done. Your order will be on “Processing” status. You can check your order in “My Account“ page.
- For local order, we will take 1-2 working days to process your orders.
- For international order, we will take 3-4 working days to process your orders.
- Any new order that we received 1 day before or on public holiday in Malaysia, we will process your order in the next working day.
- Delivery usually will takes about 1 to 3 working days for local orders and 4 to 11 working days for international orders.
- You can check your order status by entering the tracking number on the courier’s website.
- If you already successfully paid for your order but the status is still on “Pending Payment”, please contact us through WhatsApp by clicking here.
- Please provide your Order / Invoice Number and your proof of payment.
- Please contact us here and provide your correct address details together with your order number.
